Salary: Starting Salary is £31,586 (Level one) rising to £34,314 (Level four) per annum (pro rata for part-time)
Location: Based at Broxtowe Family Hub, The Corner House, 18 Strelley Rd, Nottingham NG8 3AP but will be required to work across all four hubs

About the Role
You will support agencies and families and deliver high quality early years provision and social development opportunities for children that supports them to move successfully into education, narrow the attainment gap and decrease dependencies on public services. In this role, you will act as a key worker for children, young people and families with a range of needs. Providing support, advice and guidance with a focus on improving the educational outcomes of children by delivering appropriate interventions as well as coordinating interventions delivered by other agencies and supporting families with children subject to Child Protection, Child in Need, Youth Justice and Team Around the Family (TAF) Plans.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- NVQ LEVEL 3 or equivalent
- Experience of using the EYFS framework to assess child development and analysing this data to inform support plans for children and their families
- Knowledge of child development and different theories, models and approaches to working with children and families and experience of applying these to practice.
- Ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with children, young people and adults.
- This post is politically restricted.
- A DBS enhanced check for a regulated activity is required for this post
