Crynodeb
The main duties are:
• Setting up and putting away chairs and tables as required by hirers
• Opening and closing the partition walls in The Cornerstone main hall between bookings
• Some cleaning tasks such as sweeping and wiping down surfaces
• Locking up The Cornerstone and the church at the end of the day
• Ensuring that the buildings are left in a safe and secure state
• Providing help and support for users of The Cornerstone and the church as required
• Presenting a professional and favourable image of The Cornerstone and the church
• Cover for the other caretaker when absent
• Performing related duties as required
We are looking for a candidate who
• Is capable of moving furniture, opening and closing the partition walls
• Is confident locking up the building at night
• Is a team player, but able to work on own initiative
• Is trustworthy
• Is looking to make a contribution to the customer service offered by the Cornerstone and church
• Can provide good customer service to hirers of both buildings
This position required DBS checking and safeguarding training will be provided.
