Front of House Team Member

Reading Area Salary: £27,607.836 per annum

Mitie is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our outstanding Front of House team at a prestigious client site in the Reading area.

About the Role

As a Front of House team member, you'll be the face of our service, delivering a welcoming and secure environment for all visitors and staff. You'll play a key role in upholding site standards and supporting various service functions across the premises.

Key Responsibilities:

-Deliver exceptional customer service across all areas of the site.

-Fulfil site requirements in line with our Service Level Agreement (SLA).

-Handle customer requests quickly and efficiently.

-Support site safety and security by following specific task instructions consistently.

-Monitor compliance with site rules, escalating issues when necessary.

-Undertake reception and admin duties, with the chance to develop expertise in specific service areas.

-Collaborate with and support other service lines when required.



What We're Looking For

We're seeking team players who bring energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude to everything they do.

You'll Have:

-A customer-first mindset and the ability to build strong relationships.

-A proactive, enthusiastic, and detail-focused approach.

-Confident communication skills — clear, courteous, and professional.

-A current SIA licence — or be open to obtaining one with our support.

-Self-motivation and a strong sense of responsibility.

-Flexibility and a willingness to learn new roles or rotate across departments.

-The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

-(Optional but beneficial) Basic IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

-A willingness to undergo DV (Developed Vetting) clearance.
