Location: The Grimsby Institute 

TEC Partnership consists of the Grimsby Institute of Further and Higher Education together with The Academy Grimsby, Scarborough TEC, Skegness TEC, East Riding College with sites in Beverley, Hull and Bridlington, a Regional Employment Training Team (NET), a National Apprentice Training team, a Maritime and Logistics Company (MODAL) and other satellite offices throughout Lincolnshire and Yorkshire.  

TEC Partnership is a successful and ambitious educational organisation offering excellent education at all levels to our learners. With a £62 million turnover in 2023/2024, we are a very large Further Education institution with a significant Higher Education presence and degree awarding powers.

We are now seeking a Campus Principal for our Higher Education provision at the Grimsby Institute and all of our Skegness campus. 

In this role, you will work with our Heads of Area to lead and manage outstanding student achievement including exceptional levels of student continuation rates and contribute pro-actively to the development and delivery of the TEC Partnership objectives with a particular focus on any relating to The Grimsby Institute and Skegness TEC. You will also ensure that there is an effective curriculum ladder in place across areas and ensure good learner outcomes for all students. 

The successful candidate will be educated to degree/higher level qualification level and hold a teaching qualification. An appropriate qualification in Management/Education would also be highly desirable. You should also be able to demonstrate proven experience in driving quality improvement in teaching and learning with knowledge and understanding of effective Quality Assurance Policies and Practices.
