Crynodeb
As the Ward Administrator you will be a cornerstone in the efficient running of the ward and will work to collaboratively deliver an excellent service to patients and their families. You will need to be robust and dynamic to meet the demands of your role. We understand that in order to maximise the quality of care we provide we must invest in the development of our staff. To support this development, we provide a robust and supportive induction programme for all staff. You will receive regular supervision as well as a number of training opportunities to ensure continuing professional development.
