Crynodeb
Design and deliver engaging and accessible training sessions, coaching, and group development activities across a variety of topics to support staff development and organisational priorities. Collaborate with colleagues across the Centre of Excellence and wider organisation to contribute to impactful learning and development projects that support Trust-wide objectives. Take a data-informed approach to training deliveryanalyse learning needs, gather feedback, and evaluate the effectiveness of training to continuously improve and tailor future programmes. Act as a role model for the Trusts values and behaviours, embedding these consistently within all training and development activities. Stay up to date with best practices in training and development through ongoing professional development, with access to support and guidance from the Organisational Development (OD) team.
