Are you passionate about recruitment and ready to make a real impact? Müller is looking for a proactive and collaborative Recruitment Advisor to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of the recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers to deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
While the UK Recruitment Team supports all business units and functions across the Müller Group, this particular role is dedicated to supporting the Müller Milk & Ingredients Distribution (MMID) business area. As such, a strong background in logistics recruitment is desirable to effectively manage the unique hiring needs of multiple distribution depots and ensure alignment with operational demands.
- Location: Market Drayton / Hybrid
- Contract: Full-Time | Permanent
- Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday (40 hours)
UK Recruitment Tasks & Responsibilities;
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes using SuccessFactors. This includes but is not limited to supporting site with raising requisitions, timely advertising and CV Sifting. Supporting and empowering hiring managers to conduct legally compliant right to work checks in line with UK government guidance, tailoring the approach to individual circumstances, drafting necessary offer paperwork and handing over to the HR Admin team for contract processing.
- Conduct recruitment planning calls and provide expert advice on sourcing strategies.
- Utilise direct sourcing methods including job boards, LinkedIn, and internal networks.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure timely and effective hiring.
- Champion Müller’s employer brand and ensure a positive candidate journey from application to onboarding.
Key Skills & Experience;
- Experience in recruitment, ideally in an in-house or RPO setting.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering excellent service.
