On behalf of our client, ISS UK, we are seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to help deliver a world-class housekeeping service, ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency for customers and colleagues.
The Role
Oversee the day-to-day operations and supervision of all staff
Respond positively, politely and promptly to all customer requirements and carry out your duties in a professional and courteous manner
Ensure that a first-class service is delivered to all areas of responsibility
Ensure an accurate flow of communication in the day-to-day service delivery of the contract
Make yourself familiar with and follow all company procedures and regulations
Follow the Health and Safety Policy and report any hazards or near misses to your Supervisor or Line Manager
Use Microsoft Office and other IT tools for reporting, training, and operational tasks
Follow up on regular audits as required by the business
About You
Excellent customer service skills
Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude
A team player who works well with customers and colleagues
Be able to communicate with all site users in a polite manner
Have a good eye for detail and clean to an exceptional standard
The ability to work on own initiative
Strong leadership skills
Relevant experience in cleaning and supervision of cleaning procedures
