Nepacs has been supporting people affected by the criminal justice system for over 140 years. As part of our innovative Re:Settle project, we’re recruiting a Family Intervention Worker to support individuals convicted of sexual harm offences and their families before and after release from custody.
You’ll provide one-to-one support, help families rebuild relationships, offer practical guidance in the community, and work closely with prison staff, probation services and volunteers.
We’re looking for someone with experience working with vulnerable people (ideally in criminal justice or social care), excellent communication and IT skills, strong safeguarding knowledge, and confidence working in complex situations.
Nepacs is committed to equity, diversity and inclusion, and welcomes applications from all backgrounds including ex-offenders (appointment to post is subject to a risk assessment).
This contract is fixed term and is subject to a DBS, prison vetting and pre-employment checks.
