Crynodeb
The post-holder will look to improve patients health outcomes and deliver improved efficiencies within Mendip Vale Medical Group (MVMG) by providing direct, accessible and timely medicines expertise. Pro-actively managing medicines optimisation issues to support and improve patient care and safety. You will support the Practice in delivering a safe, high performing; effective, sustainable and innovative person centred medical service.
