It’s an exciting time to be joining University College Birmingham. We are rapidly expanding our Higher Education (HE) and Further Education (FE) courses and as the Student Recruitment Events Officer, you will play a key part in that journey.
Leading on our recruitment and conversion events across our newly built Sixth Form, our College and University, you will design and deliver a series of on campus open events/ activity that promote opportunity across FE, HE and Postgraduate to prospective students.
With a passion for exceptional customer service, you will ensure events are successfully planned, delivered, evaluated, and utilise the CRM system to ensure a coordinated experience for our visitors pre and post event. You will use your creative flare and passion for marketing to effectively promote events and any follow up activity to prospective audiences.
Reporting to the Deputy Director of Recruitment and Outreach, you will form an Events team of two and line manage the Events and Marketing Assistant. You will work within the wider recruitment team, also working closely with academics, support staff, marketing, schools’ liaison and outreach colleagues.
