Crynodeb
Senior Carer with previous experience in a similar role required for a small residential care home in Hove.
Duties to include assisting residents with washing and dressing, administering and recording of medication, monitoring all residents' health and well being and ensuring their individual assessed needs and choices are met whilst maintaining their privacy, safety and dignity.
The candidate should have good communication skills and be able to liaise with GP's and other healthcare professionals, residents' families or representatives, visitors, staff members etc.
To assist in promoting a safe, happy and relaxed home from home environment for all our residents
