Work with a reputable agricultural business, is seeking a skilled and reliable Counter-Balance FLT Operative to join our team. As a key player in our logistics and distribution operations, you will be responsible for handling live loads of up to 1-ton bags of master seeds and ensuring their safe transport.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate a counter-balance forklift truck to load, unload, and transport bags of master seeds within our warehouse and distribution centre.
• Efficiently move products from storage areas to loading docks and delivery vehicles.
• Collaborate with the production and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines while handling heavy loads and operating the forklift.
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including handballing and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Work extended shifts, including 12-hour days from Monday to Friday, and 6 hours on Saturdays during peak periods.


• Valid counter-balance FLT license and experience operating forklifts.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift up to 25 kg.
• Dedication, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate with colleagues.
• Flexibility to work extended hours during busy seasons.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics processes.

Saturdays
0600 - 1200

Up to 66 hours a week during peak

Earn minimum of £1042 per week

£13.20 p/h basic

£19.80 p/h Overtime (all hours over 40 hours) averaging 20 hours of overtime per week.
