• Demonstrate excellent behaviour management and communication skills to
• support pupils with different needs and abilities and has high expectations of
• learning and behaviour for all.
• An eagerness to be involved in all aspects of school life, working in partnership
• with parents and other professionals.
• Be efficient, flexible, well-organised and an excellent team player.
