What skills and experience we're looking for
• Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
• NVQ level 2 or equivalent
• Confidence in implementing strategies to support the child’s learning and development
• The ability to work as part of a team
• Be hard working and able to use your own initiative
• The ability to enable all children, as individuals, to thrive in your care
• An understanding of autism and experience in supporting a child with this
• Experience of working in an educational setting with SEN children
• An understanding of P Levels / PIVATS
• Able to set clear boundaries and have experience of a range of behaviour management strategies
