What skills and experience we're looking for
A vacancy has arisen for a Lunch Time Supervisor commencing in September. Applicants should be qualified to an NVQ level in an area which would support their role within a school. Staff will be expected to work one INSET days and holidays are not allowed during term time.
What the school offers its staff
Supportive, close-knit team – We work collaboratively, share ideas openly, and always have each other’s backs.
Genuine work-life balance – We value wellbeing and plan with purpose, not paperwork.
Strong relationships with families – Our parents and carers are involved, respectful, and deeply invested in their children.
Real opportunity to make a difference – In a small school, your impact is visible, valued, and celebrated.
Wonderful children who love to learn – Our pupils are kind, curious, and exceptionally well-behaved – as noted in our recent Ofsted report.
A place where you’re known, not just employed – We see the person, not just the position.
Commitment to safeguarding
Stirchley Primary is committed to the safeguarding of all its pupils. All staff have to undertake an enhanced DBS check.
