What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will:
• Be an exemplary classroom practitioner with high expectations of pupils’ behaviour and learning
• Actively contribute to the year group team and play a full role in the whole life of the school including our extra-curricular provision
• Be committed to ensuring that learning is effective for all children, including those with SEND
• Have a clear understanding of how to use assessment to identify learning needs in order to support the development of all children
• Be hardworking, organised and able to meet deadlines
• Be able to demonstrate a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils and their families
• Demonstrate the ability to be an effective subject leader and contribute to the implementation and monitoring of our school curriculum
• Show dedication to our curriculum drivers of citizenship, ambition and resilience.
