The Holy Brook School is entering an exciting new chapter. Over the next three years, we will be expanding into a multi-site provision, broadening our age range, and forming new partnerships with mainstream providers.
We are seeking an exceptional and visionary Headteacher to lead us through this transformative period and shape the future of our growing community and inclusive practice and partnerships in Reading.
Our expansion is a key driver in the Local Authorities SEND strategy and includes Site redevelopment across two locations.
Holy Brook School is a nurturing and inclusive environment dedicated to supporting pupils with a range of needs. As we expand, we aim to build on our strong foundations and create new, innovative provisions that meet the evolving needs of Reading children and other Local Authorities that we work with.
This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic leader to:
• Oversee the strategic development and operational management of a multi-site school
• Lead the expansion of our age range and the creation of new specialist provisions
• Foster strong and collaborative partnerships with mainstream schools
• Inspire and empower staff, pupils, and the wider community to achieve excellence
• Embrace system leadership in Reading to champion inclusive practice

We are looking for a leader who is:
• Passionate about inclusive education, with the energy and drive to deliver improved outcomes for all learners,
• A champion and advocate for children with SEND
• Experienced in school leadership, with a proven track record of driving improvement and innovation in specialist settings
