Salary: Up to £31,500 per annum + fantastic benefits
Contract: 52 paid weeks
Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days.

Job Description
As our next Chef de Partie, you will be an integral part of our kitchen team, supporting the preparation and service of high-quality meals for students and staff. You will assist with food preparation, maintain high food hygiene standards, and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
You will work closely with the team, ensuring to create a nurturing and positive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide food/service to a consistent high standard, including assisting senior chefs with functions in other different areas throughout the business.
- Responsible to manage stock levels of the section you are overseeing
- Ensure the presentation of the food is consistent with the standards set by senior chefs.
- To ensure all Health, Hygiene and Safety requirements are being adhered to
- Any other reasonable request by the Senior Management.
