The Best Connection Newport is currently recruiting for a reliable Class 1 (Category C+E) HGV Driver for general haulage work based in Pontllanfraith. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a trusted and supportive team with consistent, ongoing work and a regular start time of 07:00 AM.
? Duties Include:
Delivering palletised goods across the region
Maintaining accurate paperwork and delivery records
Ensuring goods are secured and transported safely
Working in compliance with all road transport and tachograph laws
Requirements:
Full UK Class 1 (C+E) licence
Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
Minimum 6 months Class 1 driving experience preferred
No more than 6 penalty points (no DD/DR/IN endorsements)
Strong work ethic and professional attitude
