Title: HGV Driver / LGV Cat C+E (Class 1) Driver The Best Connection Scotland are currently recruiting for our National Client who is in the market for Class 2 drivers to load and complete home deliveries in the Edinburgh area.
You will be part of a 2 man team and will have an experienced 2nd man with you.
This role is Ongoing or if your just looking for an odd weekend shift, Depots are based all over Scotland and it's a 5 over 7 day role with working hours 7am/11am starts to finish (Pd 8hrs min)
Basic duties will include: Loading materials onto vehicle Delivering and unloading to various sites including home delivery/Room of choice General upkeep of vehicle. This can be a physically demanding job so candidate must have a good level of fitness. Must complete clients paperwork to a good standard Requirements: Class 2 HGV Driving Licence with 1 years experience Max 6 points with no major endorsements Valid Drivers CPC and Digital Tacho Card Documented work history References Excellent Customer service skills - Must have a good level of English RATES OF PAY: Mon-Fri - £14.75 std - £22.12 after 8hrs PAYE Saturday £22.12 Sunday £29.50 The successful applicants will benefit from the below: Ongoing position for the right candidate Full time hours Excellent Rate of Pay Holiday Pay accrued separately Pension contributions For an immediate interview and start, call our driving team on 0141 353 3522
