Role Overview:
As a Yard Operative, you will play a vital role in organising and transporting aggregates across the yard while operating and monitoring the bagging plant. Your contribution will help maintain efficient yard operations and support the smooth running of the business.
Key Responsibilities: Organise and transport aggregates throughout the yard efficiently and safely Operate and monitor the bagging plant to ensure production targets and quality standards are met Maintain a clean, safe, and organised yard environment Assist with loading and unloading materials as required Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures at all times Report any equipment faults or safety concerns promptly Requirements: Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, or industrial environment preferred Ability to operate plant machinery or willingness to learn Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset Reliable, punctual, and able to work Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 17:00 Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions Why Join Us?
