Pay Rates: Up to £12.21 per hour depending on age

We’re on the lookout for an organised and proactive People Administrator
Support to help us build, support, and grow an amazing team!
In this role, you’ll be at the
heart of our people operations, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for
every team member. You’ll assist our People Administrator in all aspects of
team management, from recruitment and onboarding to payroll support and welfare
initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding,
compliance, and engagement activities.
- Collaborate with hiring managers
to post vacancies, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and ensure a smooth
onboarding process.
- Assist in organising recruitment
events and building talent pipelines to attract local and regional talent.
- Provide regular updates on
recruitment progress, open roles, team turnover, and job event planning.
- Ensure compliance with
right-to-work checks, DBS checks, training requirements, and contract
documentation.
- Assist with live-on checks,
welcome meetings, wellbeing check-ins, and team arrival/departure organisation.
- Respond efficiently to team
queries regarding pay, schedules, and system access.
- Coordinate team engagement and
recognition activities, including surveys, events, and awards.
- Keep recruitment and personnel
documentation organised and up to date, supporting audits and compliance
checks.
Requirements
- Previous experience in HR, Recruitment, Administration, or a People Operations
role is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent organisational and multitasking
skills.
- Good communication skills, with a helpful and approachable attitude.
- Familiarity with HR software or systems, and a willingness to learn Haven’s
specific platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional
teams.
