Site Supervisor - Roofing Projects
Location: Hungerford-based | Covering Berkshire & Oxfordshire
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (DOE) + Van, Fuel Card & Package

Our client, a well-established contractor specialising in full roof covering replacements, is looking for a highly capable Site Supervisor to join their team. With projects based across Berkshire and Oxfordshire, the ideal candidate will be located within an hour's commute of Hungerford and have strong experience in site supervision, particularly within fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily activities of up to six roofing teams, ensuring all work is carried out safely and to a high standard

  • Manage on-site health and safety, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal procedures

  • Coordinate schedules, materials, and team performance to maintain efficiency and meet project deadlines

  • Use iPad, Outlook, and Excel daily for reporting, communication, and data entry

  • Act as the on-site point of contact for teams, clients, and internal management

  • Regularly report progress, issues, and site updates

Requirements:
  • Proven site supervision experience, ideally within roofing or construction environments

  • Strong understanding of health and safety standards on-site

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment - this is a site-based role with no remote working

  • IT literate - confident using iPads, Outlook, and basic Excel for daily tasks

  • Relevant qualifications: SSSTS, First Aid, and valid CSCS card

  • Roofing experience is desirable but not essential if you have strong general construction/site management background
