An exciting opportunity to join the team at Oasis Academy Sholing We are looking for a passionate and vibrant person to join our pastoral team as a Assistant Head of Year (AHOH). You will have key responsibility for a specific year group, whilst also being the link for parents and the respective Head of Year. This role will also support across pastoral services, helping with attendance, behaviour for learning, interventional work, student wellbeing and academic achievement.If you enjoy working with students and their families, we would like to hear from you. You will be working with a great team of staff who believe all students deserve our full support to achieve their personal best. We have a strong programme of staff development and opportunities to work with a wide variety of professionals in the academy.SalaryFTE SCP 18 – 22 £30559 - £32654 (Actual £26285.44 - £28087.46)Our offer to you
