Cleaning Supervisor Grade 33 hours am shift & 3 hours pm shift 4:45 - 7:45 am3:15 - 6:15 pm• Organisation and supervision of Cleaning staff.
• Ensure staff receive adequate training and support to fulfil their roles – reporting any concerns or requirements to School Business Manger.
• Cleaning, washing, sweeping and vacuuming whole school premises where appropriate on occasion using powered equipment.
• Ensuring the cleaning standards required are obtained and upheld.
• Visually inspect machinery to ensure no faults in wiring etc. Report any faults to relevant personnel/line manager
• Reporting to the Manager, defects and maintenance requirements, hazards to health and/or safety and breaches of security.
• Emptying bins and disposing of rubbish to agreed site collection points.
Attending any training associated with the service to comply with Health and Safety Legislation in order to maintain own professional development or to enhance competence within the role.
