Lime Tree Primary School is seeking a confident and enthusiastic Nursery Room Leader to join our vibrant Early Years team on a permanent basis, working 32.5 hours per week. You’ll play a vital role in shaping high-quality teaching, supporting child development, and working closely with families, staff, and external agencies. This role is ideal for someone looking to make a real impact on young learners’ lives while contributing to the wider vision and values of the school.What we are looking forLevel 3 Early Years qualificationGCSE Grade C or above in Maths and EnglishUp-to-date safeguarding trainingStrong Early Years teaching experience with current pedagogy knowledgeExperience in nursery or school settingsConfident leading and working within a teamSkilled in using data to inform planning and drive improvementKnowledge of EYFS framework, child development, and statutory requirementsClear communicator with excellent planning and organisational skillsCreative, adaptable, and child-centred approachPassionate, positive, and resilient with strong professional valuesCommitted to supporting children with diverse needs, including SENStrong understanding of safeguarding, health & safety, and welfare standards About Lime Tree Primary
