We are recruiting on behalf of a respected organisation in the financial services sector who are seeking a Credit Liaison Administrator to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and an eye for detail, ideally with experience in a regulated environment. You must be available to start on Monday, 23rd June 2025
Role Overview:
As a Credit Liaison Administrator, you will act as a key point of contact between clients, creditors, and internal teams. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring accurate and timely communication to support customers in managing their financial arrangements. This is a pivotal role requiring a high level of empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with creditors regarding client accounts and payment arrangements
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all correspondence and actions taken
• Respond to creditor and client queries by phone, email, and letter
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure information is aligned and up-to-date.
• Comply with all regulatory guidelines, policies, and data protection standards
The ideal candidate will have:
• Previous administrative or customer service experience, ideally in a financial or regulated environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Confidence in using Microsoft Office and in-house CRM systems
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
