Electrical Estimator experienced in commercial fit-out

Starting at pre-construction phase to provide accurate and competitive estimates for electrical work on projects. They interpret project plans, specifications, and tender documents to ensure bids are aligned with client expectations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

    Preparing Estimates: Developing detailed cost estimates for electrical installations, materials, and labour, ensuring all aspects are accounted for.
    Interpreting Documentation: Analysing drawings, specifications, and other documents to understand project requirements.
    Supplier Communication: Obtaining quotes from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.
    Site Visits: Conducting site visits to assess project requirements and constraints.
    Tender Preparation: Preparing and submitting tender documentation, including pricing.
    Reporting: Providing clear and concise reports to support estimates and tender submissions.
    Risk Assessment: Assessing project risks and identifying value engineering opportunities.

    Skills and Qualifications:

      Technical Skills: Strong understanding of electrical systems, industry standards, and best practices.
      Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse project requirements and accurately assess costs.
      Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
