Our Central division is looking for a Commercial & Business Support Manager to take ownership of the commercial and administrative functions across the business—including pre-contract support and operational coordination.

As a Commercial & Business Support Manager, you’ll be:
- Ensuring new contracts and projects are launched on a commercially sound basis
- Supporting with budgeting, financial analysis, and P&L reporting
- Managing and maintaining data trackers for regional performance, generating analysis and reports
- Administering vehicle and fleet processes, including company and pool driver management
- Providing general admin support: travel/accommodation bookings, purchasing, courier coordination, and more
As a Commercial & Business Support Manager, you’ll have:
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent communication skills—both written (emails, reports, presentations) and verbal (calls, meetings, Teams)
- A proactive mindset with the ability to problem-solve and influence in a fast-paced environment
- A friendly, professional, and approachable attitude with colleagues at all levels
- An investigative, "can-do" approach to every task
