Production Staff / Machine Operators – Bungay
We are currently recruiting Production Staff / Machine Operators on behalf of our long-established and reputable client based in Bungay, Suffolk. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals seeking long-term stability, career progression, and the chance to work in a clean, organised, and supportive factory environment.
Working Hours – 37.5 Hours per Week - You can choose the rotating shift or static nights!
Rotating Shifts:
Early Shift: 06:00–14:00 (Mon–Thu) & 06:00–11:30 (Fri)
Late Shift: 14:00–22:00 (Mon–Thu) & 11:30–17:00 (Fri)
Static Night Shift (optional):
22:00–06:00 (Mon–Thu) & 17:00–22:30 (Fri)

Key Responsibilities
Setting up and operating machinery
Performing routine maintenance
Feeding products into machines
Conducting regular quality checks (every 10 minutes)
Packing finished products for dispatch
Adhering to all Health & Safety procedures and Safe Systems of Work
Full training is provided, with comprehensive onboarding and support.
Pay Rates (PAYE)
Rotating Days: £12.21 per hour
Nights: £13.71 per hour
