We have an exciting opportunity for a confident HR Advisor to join a successful, growing business as part of a friendly HR team.
You will provide guidance to managers on various people-related issues and actively contribute to HR projects. You will play a pivotal role in managing Employee Relations cases and there is great scope to get involved in process improvement and to implement new initiatives.
What we offer:
Starting salary: £32,000
Annual holiday allowance increase, up to 26 days + Bank Holidays
Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 5pm, Friday 8.30am-2.30pm
Location of work: St Asaph Business Park

Key responsibilities will include:
Advising on all HR related matters
Partnering Line Managers, deliver clear and effective advice
Manage ER cases from start to finish, supporting Line Managers in conducting investigations and preparing letters etc
Assist with the development and delivery of Line Manager training on HR matters and procedures
Collaborate with the HR Business Partner to review and update policies in line with legislation and best practice
Manage TUPE processes, including leading consultations.
We are looking for someone who will enjoy the opportunity to deliver a high-quality HR service and to help review and update policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will:
Have previous experience in a HR Advisor role with strong Employee Relations experience.
Ideally be CIPD qualified.
Be willing to travel occasionally across the UK.
Be passionate about delivering an outstanding service, keeping up to date with changing legislation and reviewing policies and processes to reflect best practice standards.
