Summary
As an Administrator for the Legal Branch ARRC, you will be responsible for the administration of the Legal branch, development and maintenance of the Branch SharePoint, and the administration of the Group legal mailbox, ensuring activity is addressed and submitted for action, including administration of e-mails and calls.
Key responsibilities:
Office filing system, producing and documenting case files, general legal questions (GLQ) archiving, and disposing of sensitive information where appropriate.
Travel booking for Branch members.
Produce weekly reports for Chief Legal Advisor, and prepare monthly return report for HQ Director Army Legal Services.
Responsible for safeguarding and maintaining classified information and material ensuring confidentiality of all case work by observing a strict “need to know” policy.
ARRC Induction to be completed on arrival, as well as Legal Branch Training (2 – 3 days at Bulford).
To complete Civilian Mandatory Learning .
