Requirements for the role.
Programme development- planning and designing activities that are engaging, appropriate and tailored to the needs and interests of the participants.
Logistics and coordination- securing locations, and ensuring all necessary supplies are available for activities
Event management- overseeing and coordinating events, ensuring they run smoothly and safely.
Communication- communicating effectively with participants and staff
Health and safety- ensuring all activities comply with relevant health and safety regulations.
Support and motivation- encouraging participation and providing a positive and inclusive environment for all
Organisation-ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
Interpersonal skills-ability to build rapport with individuals, understanding their needs, and create a welcoming environment.
Must hold a full uk driving licence.
Will require a enhanced DBS
Experience in support additional needs
