The Job Role:
- Conduct online tutorials to assist customers in maximising their user experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce to ensure efficient communication and support.
- Focus on customer engagement and communicate the benefits of their software consistently.
- Creatively and effectively resolve customer queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet performance metrics and stay informed about industry trends.
What They're Seeking in a Candidate:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or willingness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in the Care sector or customer support is a plus.
This is a hybrid role - onsite in our client's Monmouth office for three days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining two days.
