!--StartFragment-- An exciting opportunity has become available to be a Catering Supervisor in a busy, thriving catering environment based in the heart of Darlington Town Centre. We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working individual to join the excellent catering team at the Dolphin Centre to help provide outstanding customer service.
The Catering Supervisor will assist the Catering Duty Managers in the day to day running of the Bistro, 16 Horsemarket Cafandeacute;, events, and conference services. Quality assuring service and assisting with the training and performance management of staff.
The successful applicants must have outstanding communication skills and be highly motivated as customer focus and high standards is essential. You will have excellent time management skills and be able to work well as an individual and within a team.
Previous experience of working in a catering supervisory role is essential. Ideally, the succesful applicant will have experiance of taking a lead on the delivery of events such as Weddings and other functions.andnbsp;
The successful applicant will be required to work varying shifts to accommodate the needs of the business which will include working some weekends. Shifts will normally fall between the hours of 10am and 8.00pm but flexibility will be required for events, holiday cover and other business needs.
