Crynodeb
Vinyl Floor Layer required to work on tenanted and voided properties in Lincoln. You will be laying down vinyl safety floors in bathrooms/wet rooms.
The Client
Our client is an award winning sub-contractor who specialises in regeneration projects and operates nationwide.
The Role
Main duties are going into void and tenanted properties in Lincoln and installing vinyl safety floors in bathrooms and wet rooms.
The total hours are 40 per week, 8am - 4:30pm with a 30 minute break - Monday to Friday. There is 20 weeks work.

- Street Parking
- Mileage negotiable.
- Work with a reputable social housing contractor who work on various schemes in the Yorkshire and Midlands region
- Regular work on a week-to-week basis, Monday to Friday.
Requirements
- CSCS desirable.
- Previous experience as a floor layer.
- Social housing experience
- Own Van
- You must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before.
