Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and education to children in a nursery setting, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Develop and implement engaging activities that promote early childhood learning and development.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and needs.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and nurturing environment.
Assist in daily nursery operations and undertake staff training and development.
Requirements:
Completion of specific training courses.
A passion for supporting children to learn and develop.
Excellent communication skills to engage with children and parents.
Leadership and management abilities to oversee nursery operations.
Proficiency in English.
Successful candidates will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS disclosure. Please note that it is an offence to apply for a role in regulated activity if barred from working with children.
