What will you be doing?
• Providing specialist assessment, treatment, and management for adults with voice, communication and swallowing disorders, with a focus on ENT.
• Working autonomously as a dysphagia practitioner and contributing to multidisciplinary care in both hospital and outpatient settings.
• Engaging in clinical supervision, pathway development, and quality improvement initiatives within the service.

Your work will be split across two sites – Grimsby Hospital and Scunthorpe General Hospital, therefore access to transport is essential as you'll need to travel between sites with equipment.

Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Band 5- Band 6 development role.
