Hollywell Primary School - a one-form entry, Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ school - is looking to appoint a skilled, caring, and motivated Grade 4 Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and friendly team. This permanent role is to support in Key Stage 2, but flexibility to work across school may be required. Experience of supporting emotional wellbeing through ELSA, Drawing and Talking, or a passion for incorporating gardening into pupil wellbeing would be a significant advantage. We Are Looking for Someone Who:Has experience working with children in Key Stage 2Can confidently lead whole-class sessions when required (e.g. for short-term cover)Has experience supporting pupils with SEND and providing 1:1 or small group interventionsHas a secure understanding of phonicsDemonstrates a passion for supporting the whole child, including emotional developmentHas a positive, enthusiastic attitude and is a strong team playerWould enjoy contributing to the wider life of the school, including wellbeing and outdoor learningAnd above all - brings a smile and a willingness to get stuck in!
