Cleaning Operative
* Swan Walk Shopping Centre, Horsham RH12 1HQ
* 30 hours per week
* Shift Patterns are on a rolling Rota
* Rota to be shared at interview stage but will involve 0600-1200, 0900-1500, 1400-2000
* must be able to work weekends due to site being open 7 days a week
* Overtime available, holiday cover etc.
PSS group are a nationwide Soft Facilities Services provider, who work with some of the biggest names in retail, entertainment,
facilities management and more.
Cleaning Operative Responsibilities Include:
* Deliver on-site cleaning specifications and standards within Health and Safety guidelines.
* Clean specific areas of the site according to the schedule and specification as instructed by Manager / Supervisor.
* Attend to all urgent cleaning and spills when required.
* Ensure cleaning cupboards are always kept tidy and stocked.
* Customer service
* Report any identified hazards or problems to the Manager / Supervisor.
* Provide clear and detailed handovers to your work colleagues.
* Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored correctly.
Ideal Candidate:
* Willing to support with overtime to cover staff sickness & Holidays.
* Good attention to detail.
* Good verbal communication skills.
* Ability to follow instructions.
* Polite and professional.
* Willingness to learn.
* Flexible and reliable willing to do overtime & weekends if required.
* Experience preferred but full training provided.
* Good self-presentation (uniform provided).
