Crynodeb
We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Day Care Deputy Manager to support our management team in leading and develop our Seedlings Day Care provision. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for early years education to make a real impact on shaping this new service from the very beginning.
You will be expected to support the Manager and take the lead where necessary in all aspects of the provision, including supporting staff and training; safeguarding; working alongside our Manager and Trust Early Years Lead on a curriculum that supports children’s development; and building relationships with parents and carers to ensure their involvement in the children’s learning journey.
