Key Responsibilities
Oversee the commercial management of contracts related to IT service delivery and operations.
Provide commercial insights and guidance to business units, ensuring alignment with procurement processes and legal compliance.
Manage supplier relationships with a focus on performance, value delivery, and continuous improvement.
Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Collaborate to define and agree on SLAs, KPIs, and operational needs, ensuring Procurement futureproof contracts and tenders to deliver long-term value.
Track, monitor and manage expenditure on existing call-off contracts, ensuring that all deliverables outlined in the Statements of Work are completed in full and remain aligned with contractual obligations.
About the Role
This is an operationally focused role embedded within the IT team, distinct from Procurement. You will serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and Procurement/Legal, shaping commercial deliverables and ensuring that software and systems contracts consistently deliver optimal value. Experience in managing software and systems contracts is highly desirable. You’ll thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly, requiring adaptability, initiative, and a commitment to high-quality delivery.

Skilled in balancing planned activities with reactive demands.
Detail-oriented and analytical, with a strategic mindset and strong planning skills.
Proven experience in commercial operations within a technology environment.
Adept at building effective relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.
Experienced in contract review, SLA/KPI development, and risk/value management.
