As a Go To Host, you will be the key presence on your assigned floors, acting as the eyes and ears of the workplace and bringing the colleague experience to life through consistent, thoughtful engagement.
You’ll be the primary point of contact for colleagues and guests, representing our client with warmth and professionalism, and ensuring every interaction feels personal, exciting, and memorable.
Job Description
As Go To Host, you’ll take ownership of creating a welcoming, safe, and polished environment by maintaining a visible presence, identifying any issues with cleanliness or comfort, and raising tickets where needed.
Whether helping with general enquiries or offering first-line technical support like reboots or connection checks, you’ll deliver solutions efficiently and escalate unresolved tech issues to the Tech Bar with care.
This is a people-focused, high-energy role that combines service excellence with problem-solving and proactive floor management.
You’ll need to be trained in First Aid and as a Fire Marshal, reflecting your importance in the day-to-day safety and wellbeing of the space.

Key Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with colleagues to understand their needs and promote ISS/client services.
Ensure colleagues feel welcome through friendly, professional interactions.
Collaborate with all Workplace service teams to support a unified approach.
Lead informative and engaging tours of the campus/buildings for new joiners and visitors.
Complete daily and monthly checklists to monitor and enhance workspace quality.
Support booking and delivery of hospitality services in coordination with relevant teams.
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Demonstrated customer service experience with Blue Chip/High Touch clients
Strong track record of delivering exceptional service and support
Effective team player with proven success in collaborative environments
Technologically proficient with advanced Microsoft Office skills
Excellent verbal communication and professional telephone manner
Familiarity with property management or Condeco systems is a plus
First Aid and Fire Marshall training beneficial (training can be provided)
