The role: This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly merged and ambitious college at a pivotal point in its journey. Weymouth and Kingston Maurward College brings together two respected institutions to create a forward-thinking, student-centred organisation with a clear vision for the future.
As Director of MIS and Exams, you will play a strategic leadership role in shaping the College’s future through data-driven insight and operational excellence. You’ll lead and inspire the MIS and Examinations teams, ensuring robust systems are in place to support student achievement, curriculum planning, and funding compliance.
This role offers you the chance to make a significant impact – overseeing everything from statutory data returns and funding accuracy, to exam planning, delivery and results. You’ll work closely with the Vice Principal and wider leadership team to drive innovation in digital systems and streamline processes, helping us deliver a first-class experience for learners and staff alike.
We’re looking for an experienced leader with a deep understanding of MI, funding methodologies and examination operations in an FE environment. You’ll bring excellent people skills, strong analytical insight, and a passion for continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will be based at our Weymouth Campus, with regular travel to our Kingston Maurward Campus. This is a fully site-based role and a key part of the College’s leadership team.
If you’re ready to be part of something exciting – shaping the future of a newly merged college and leading transformation across MIS and Exams – we’d love to hear from you.
Apply now and be part of our journey.
