Summary
Are you an experienced CNC Bending Operator looking for a new opportunity in a well-established manufacturing company?
Our client, a leading international manufacturer based in Rhondda, is seeking a skilled CNC Bending Operator/Programmer to join their team on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and program CNC bending machines to produce high-quality components.
Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
Use precision measuring tools including verniers, callipers, and micrometres.
Work with a range of metals including stainless steel and aluminium.
Perform machine maintenance and ensure all equipment is in optimal working condition.
Remove and clean finished parts to prepare for production.
Conduct quality control checks on all produced parts.
Maintain accurate documentation and production records.
Meet production deadlines and targets consistently.
Requirements:
Proven experience in CNC bending or a machine shop environment.
Must have experience of using BLME-Turn CNC tube bending machine
Strong understanding of engineering drawings and measurement tools.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing work of a high standard.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
