We are now looking for a Supply Chain and Operations Administrator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with hybrid working available.

The Role
As a Supply Chain and Operations Administrator, you will support the delivery of seamless operations across procurement, logistics, and facilities.
Working closely with the Operations Director and wider team, you will provide administrative and operational support across the supply chain function, liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure accurate data and timely order management.
You will also manage supplier records and reporting processes, support warehouse co-ordination, and contribute to sustainability and quality assurance initiatives.
Additionally, you will:
- Use ERP systems and Excel to generate reports and manipulate operational data
- Maintain and update the approved supplier list
- Respond to internal order queries and co-ordinate with suppliers for answers
- Order office items and supplies
- Support with supplier performance reports
- Assist with monthly meetings and reporting for our 3PL warehouse
- Support building checks and facilities-related maintenance tasks
- Assist the NPD Manager with product creation / training
About You
To be considered as a Supply Chain and Operations Administrator, you will need:
- Experience using business support systems such as ERP or CRM
- Strong Excel skills for analysing and presenting report data
- Confidence in communicating with external stakeholders by phone and email
- The ability to interpret and manage operational data and reporting
- A proactive and solution-focused mindset with strong organisational skills
Experience in a supply chain or procurement environment would be beneficial. Familiarity with sustainability reporting, invoice queries, and working in cross-functional teams would also be advantageous.
