-Doing the day to day running of an Independent high end optical practice
-Ensuring that customer service is at the top of your agenda
-Target setting, monitoring and driving the business forward
-Staff training and keeping the team motivated and engaged
-Administration responsibilities and compliance
-Optical experience and previous experience in leadership roles
-Excellent communication skills and self-motivated
-Confident, friendly and organised
-Fast paced environment
