We are seeking a skilled Tig Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of welding techniques and mechanical knowledge, with the ability to fabricate and assemble metal components to meet precise specifications. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Duties

Perform TIG welding on various materials, ensuring high-quality welds that meet industry standards.
MIG welding will become part of the process along side TIG Welding( desirable)
Assemble and fabricate components with mild and stainless steel and other metals as required.
Interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine the appropriate welding processes.
Conduct inspections of completed welds for quality assurance and compliance with specifications.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols. .
Requirements

Proven experience in TIG welding, with knowledge of MIG welding being advantageous.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to welding and fabrication tasks.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex technical drawings.
Experience working with sheet metal is required
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining safety standards.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
