The Role
As a Fire Door Assembler, you will work both independently and as part of a team to transform fire doors and their components into high-quality finished products that meet our clients’ exact specifications.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Constructing frames and linings
Hanging doors into frames/linings with precision
Fitting ironmongery components as per job specifications
Ensuring compliance with stringent certification standards
Conducting quality checks on all completed door sets
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking candidates with:
A positive, can-do attitude and basic problem-solving skills
Experience in Carpentry or an equivalent qualification (not essential)
Strong wood finishing skills with an eye for detail and a high-quality work ethic
Experience in fitting fire doors (advantageous but not essential)
Self-motivation and the ability to meet individual and team targets in a production environment
